Description
  1. Transactions are limited to general online banking customers who have retained their mobile phone numbers with the Bank.
  2. Description of transaction password rules:
    • (1)
      Set the length to 6-8 characters of English, numbers or a combination of English and numbers and uppercase and lowercase letters are regarded as different characters.
    • (2)
      Do not set the same alphanumerics (such as AAAA, 1111); do not set continuous increasing or decreasing alphanumerics (username, password, do not set consecutive numbers, such as 1234, 6543, ABCD, FEDC).
    • (3)
      Special symbols or blanks cannot be set.
    • (4)
      Username and User password should not be set to the same password. It is recommended that your Username and User password should not be the same as those of other banks' online banking.
    • (5)
      Please do not use the same ID number, birthday and mobile phone number for safety reasons.
