My Email Setting
- After the first setting of "My Email" is completed, the Email Notification Service function is enabled. If you want to change the notification service, please click on the email setting.
- If you cancel "My Email", you can cancel the email notification service, electronic bill (including electronic transaction statement, financial management electronic statement , credit card electronic bill) service, and change the transaction detail to mail the written bill.
- The Email Notification Service is only for the purpose of auxiliary notification. It may not be delivered due to network transmission, email settings or other unpredictable factors. It is recommended that you inquiry relevant accounts regularly to protect your rights and interests.
- If you change the "E-mail address", it will be kept in the other e-mail address of the Bank (except for the corporate e-mail, securities business and telephone mode radial credit card department customer service notice change e-mail mailbox).
- If you change the e-mail that is already used by others, if you still need to use the e-mail , you need to check the consent statement online, and the bank will send a confirmation letter to your e-mail , waiting for you to confirm that it is correct ( within 14 days ) , it will take effect. If you have not confirmed the mail within the validity period, you need to re-do the E-MAIL setting , and the original E-MAIL saved in the bank before the transaction is valid.
